Lynnie Long - Professional Paperhanger

I was born and raised in New York, and at age 19, I attended the US School of Professional Paperhangers in Rutland, VT.

After graduating I began my career installing in the Tri-City Area outside of New York City. From there, my work took me from NYC to Los Angeles, and then to Vail, Colorado. When I decided to start a family and also be a caregiver to my mother, I wound up in Fort Collins, CO. From here I would commute to work up in various ski towns, where I was installing for designers and homeowners that required specialty installation of fine wallcoverings. During this time I’d also be doing residential installation in the Front Range areas.

For a few years, I took a break from installation to raise my children and take care of my mother. I wouldn’t trade this time for the world, and though both took a lot of my time and energy, it’s been some of the best years of my life. My son Jake now works along side me most days, and we make a terrific team and get lots of quality time working together.

Hanging paper is truly my life passion; however, my other passions reside within my small farm I own in Northern Colorado. When not hard at work hanging paper and enhancing spaces, I can be found on the back of a horse or tending to the farm.

My work ethic is unwavering and I will do everything in my power to provide professional and pristine installation. I guarantee my work and take pride in my ability to work alongside homeowners, builders, and designers to provide exceptional service and experience.

Contact me to see how I can help you achieve your interior design goals. I provide free estimates locally. I will do site visits for a fee based on location. Half of which is applied to your invoice if my bid is accepted.
